Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:
   • A refund will only be considered if the student/user has not accessed any portion of the online course.
   • The refund request must be made in writing via email within three business days from the date of registration (email notification sent).
   • Once any part of the course has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
2. Refund Amount:
   • If eligible, a full refund will be issued, minus an administrative fee of $500.
